One of the most influential sires in South American history and one of the most titled Pointers in the world, Joe passed away in May of 2009.
Joe began his career at the age of 8 months where he was the Winners Dog from the Bred-By-Exhibitor Class at the 2008 National. He was handled on this occasion by Claire, his co-owner, who handled him, start to finish, in the U.S. Claire was 15 years old at the time. Joe finished his AKC championship at 9 months of age.
Joe was exported to Brazil where he won 17 Bests in Show. Joe figures in the pedigrees and has significantly contributed to the success of distinguished Brazilian kennels. Some of his descendants have been exported from Brazil to U.S. and are now winning notably in America.
Joe was the son of Am. Can. Ch. Solivia's Blackheart Bravado, himself a distinguished sire. His dam was Am. Intl. Ch. Solivia's Maid of Cotton. Joe was a double-grandson of Ch. Orion of Crookrise.
